Know the Market

Before you ever contact any company about reselling your old timeshare, make sure you do your homework. Check several of the resales company websites, and find listings of properties similar to yours. See what these people are asking for theirs. Then, you'll know if a company is trying to hype the price just to get you to sign with them.
